B Festival Terms and Conditions
B Festival IS A FAMILY FESTIVAL AND IS DRUG FREE, ALL PERSONS ATTENDING MAY BE SUBJECT TO DRUG AND SECURITY SEARCHES. BAGS/POSSESSIONS MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPON ENTERING THE EVENT.
STRICTLY NO ANIMALS. ANYONE ARRIVING ON SITE WITH AN ANIMAL WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE GATE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

  • No food or beverages may be brought onto the festival arena with the exception of the campsite. Searches will be taking place.
  • If bringing drinks into the campsite they will need to be decanted into plastic containers. Please no glass on site.
  • Event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without refund and to alter or change the programme.
  • Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The promoter does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
  • By purchasing a ticket to the festival you consent to filming, sound recording and photography as a member of the audience and such material may be used for commercial or non-commercial use.
  • You enter the campsite, festival site and car parks at your own risk. The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind.
  • The organisers reserve the right to alter the line-up of artists without prior notification.
  • The organisers reserve the right to search all persons on entry to the festival site. Glass, animals, knives, fireworks or any item in the absolute discretion of the organisers which are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience are prohibited.
  • Personal photographic equipment for non-commercial use is permitted. That deemed to be commercial is not allowed.
  • If the festival is cancelled, the organisers shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the ticketholder, including but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind and will make a full refund minus 10% administrative charge.
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  • Tickets are not transferrable or refundable.
  • These conditions of issue are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Court
  • Disabled tickets must be purchased through the disabled link on our website one care worker is permitted entry with each disabled ticket holder. All disabled tickets must be purchased by 20th September.

 BFest Camping Terms and Conditions
Camping is provided subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Purchasing a permit
constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully

  • No vehicles will be allowed entry under any circumstances. Unsuitable vehicles, including unconverted vans, with tickets for the camping, will not be allowed entry and will be sent to the festival car parks – and, as it is contrary to our licence, security patrols will not permit sleeping in any vehicles in these car parks.

    Camping permits are only valid with valid Festival Tickets. Each person must have a valid camping ticket and ONLY these ticket holders will be permitted in the camping area area. Tickets and permits must be bought in advance.

    Generators, GLASS, Fireworks, glass containers, audio recorders, gas canisters, illegal substances, portable laser equipment including laser pens or any illegal or offensive items ARE NOT PERMITTED in this field or anywhere else onsite and will be confiscated. Alcoholic drinks from the arena cannot be bought into the campsite  and no glass containers of any kind are permitted on the campsite they will be confiscated so please ensure any drinks are decanted into plastic bottles prior to arrival on the site.

    There is NO water or electricity hook available; however there will be a water point in the campsite for general use.
  • No vehicles are to be parked in the fire lanes at any time.

    No sound systems are to be operated. Anyone found operating such systems may be liable to eviction.
  • Excessive amounts of alcohol/cigarettes i.e. more than for personal consumption and any alcohol in the possession of anyone under 18 years of age is not permitted.

    No animals are permitted anywhere at the Festival.

    Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous matter, or carrying out illegal activities may be searched including their vehicle.

    All waste-water must be put in the containers provided. It is illegal to pour wastewater onto the ground, into a sumo or into a stream. This will be monitored by the Environment Agency. Toilets are provided in the camping area for your use, but there are no portable toilet emptying points.
  • All toilet waste must be removed from site.
  • Open fires or barbecues are NOT permitted.

    The fields must be clear by 12:00PM NOON on the Monday. All remaining vehicles will be removed at cost to the owner(s).
  • All litter must be cleared and put into litter bins or recycling bins.

    Please respect The Country Code at all times.
  • Tickets to park in these fields are available for an additional fee for Saturday and Sunday Day Ticket Holders , all weekend tickets include camping passes.

    The security staff will also check for any items not permitted on site, as specified in the Terms & Conditions on weekend tickets. Security staff will confiscate any such items and may refuse entry to the site. The decision of the security team will be final.
  • No tents may be erected between vehicles for fire safety reasons.

    Security staff may evict those that do not adhere to the conditions above, and may also confiscate their festival weekend tickets and any contraband items.
